SIM Card
- No sim is required.

ANTENNAS
- The included antennas are required to be used.
- Make sure antennas are seated and secured snuggly on the modem.

ETHERNET PORTS
- Do not use the yellow WAN port on the back, use the other 3 LAN ports if you want to hardline instead of using the modem Wi-Fi.

CARRIER/TOWER CONNECTION
- The modem will use the carriers’ towers in the priority order below.
- TMO
- ATT
- VZW
- If TMO signals are good, then it will stay on TMO. If they are not, it will then go to ATT. If ATT isn’t good, then it will go to VZW.
- Once it chooses a carrier, at any time if the set parameters drop below what the modem wants, then it will go to the next carrier in the priority list.
- Every time you power cycle the modem; it will start back at your #1 priority carrier.
- Since this is a new type of modem, you may need to move it to other areas of your home.
- The modem will use the carriers’ towers in the priority order below.

ISSUES/SUPPORT
- We do not know if you are experiencing any issue unless you create a ticket. If you create a ticket, we can remote in and adjust things on the backend of this modem if it is not working to your satisfaction.
- Do not go back to using your old modem if you are having issues as it will no longer work soon. Please inform us and create a ticket by going to KPEvolutions.com/support. We will email you back within 24 hours during normal business hours M-TH 8-5
- If you are unable to access the internet, you can call in to get a ticket created at 903-597-3348.
- Normally they will not be able to assist in any way besides creating your ticket. Do not be worried as we will receive the ticket as soon as you get off the phone with them.
- If possible, include a screenshot of your speed test results in the ticket you submit online.
